Puerto Rico, December 2007
Roxanne, Ryan, and I took a nice vacation to Puerto Rico for Christmas 2007.
We were there from December 18th through the 28th.
We spent one night in San Juan, seven on the small island of Vieques,
and two in the El Yunque rain forest. Here are some photos, in more-or-less
chronological order. We also saw Green Iguanas in San Juan.
I have not completely identified all of the species.
Help with those, or corrections, are welcome.

Eastern Puerto Rican Crested Anole (Anolis cristatellus wileyae),
Anolis.
Greater Puerto Rican Ameiva (Ameiva exsul).
All of the above lizards were seen around our cottage. We actually spent most
of our time at the beach, but my photos are biased towards reptiles...

Ryan was enjoying himself on the plane. This was the day after Christmas.
We drove from San Juan to a lodge in the El Yunque rain forest.
After spending a week at the beach, we were ready for
something different.
