The National HRO-60 was introduced in 1952. It has the trademark PW dial and the plug-in coil sets, along with matching dial scales to more easily tune the set. The price (in 1952 dollars!) was $483.50 with four coil sets plus $16 for the HRO 60TS matching speaker. The radio is dual conversion above 7 MHz. Coverage (with additional coil sets) was advertised at 50-430KHz, 480KHz-35MHz and 50-54MHz. The coil box at the right is homebrew.
