Our group investigates the optical and electronic properties of novel semiconductor nanomaterials, nanostructures and nanostructure based devices. Through detailed spectroscopic and electronic studies this research aims to advance applications in areas such as renewable energy, quantum information processing, single-photon sources, novel detectors, and lasers.
