Question of the Day:

A 4-year-old girl presents with acute onset of elbow pain in the girl’s right elbow. The mother had jerked the girl up by one arm onto a tall step. The girl cried out in pain and is now holding her elbow in a flexed and pronated position.  What structures do you think are affected, and how could you fix the problem in the office?
